Todd Kletter is a seasoned business leader with an impressive resume of top executive management positions in the consumer staples, packaging, and distribution industries spanning over two decades. Todd’s innate knowledge of the challenges of those “at the helm” enable him to provide strategic perspectives in key areas such as: C-suite executive compensation, key employee retention, mergers and acquisitions, business succession planning, and risk mitigation. Through advanced strategies, Todd Kletter helps business owners and leaders toward maximizing wealth, modifying risk, and retaining top talent. Todd joined us to form and lead the Business Services Group in July 2020, to share insights from his own experiences in acquiring and selling companies, managing compensation, growing EBITDA and cash flows, reducing debt, and restructuring businesses including high growth startups and established companies in the $30-$50 million space.

Education:
Born and raised in the Capital Region of upstate NY, Todd attended The Albany Academy. Following graduation, he pursued his passion for history at Clark University in Worcester, MA where he completed his honors thesis. Seeking to enhance his business acumen, Todd enrolled in the highly-regarded MBA program at Syracuse University where he excelled in coursework which would amplify his skill-set for his future senior management roles.

Following advanced education, Todd returned to the Capital Region to join the family business, National Graphic Supply, where he led the company to enhanced success in his early 20s. Following the tactical, multi-million-dollar sale of the firm, Todd went on to lend his expertise to other area organizations, leveraging opportunities to further profit and productivity, both domestically and internationally, while leading successful mergers and acquisitions, enhancing pro forma, and building value. A hands-on problem solver and creative forward-thinker, Todd assists business owners, senior executives, and organizations with critical decision-making, with a consultative, results-driven approach.
Family and Community:
Todd enjoys family activities with his wife, Alison, and young daughter, Sydney, as well as spending time with extended family and friends. A sports enthusiast. particularly for the Syracuse Orange and family-favorite Philadelphia Phillies, Todd is an avid golfer and an active member of Wolferts Roost Country Club. Todd strongly believes in giving back to the community and has been engaged in a number of charitable boards, committees, and events for The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Albany Medical Center Foundation, Saint Peter’s Hospital Foundation, and Juvenile Diabetes Foundation.
